I buy the 16oz bags of pre-washed, pre-chopped Kale

olive oil

nutritional yeast

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Spread Kale on a baking sheet
Add salt, olive oil and nutritional yeast
Gently toss to coat evenly
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes
